How long in advance should I be booking my appointment?Β 

Our appointment slots opens up a year in advance. Once you have secured your wedding date, it is advisable to check our availability when booking your appointment. As a a rough estimate, it would be best to have your henna artist booked at least 2 months in advance.Β 

What is the best time of the day to schedule the appointment?

Depending on our availability, and the client's, and keeping in mind the number of hours you have to keep your henna paste on, it is highly recommended that the session starts as early as you can. The earlier you start your session, the longer the paste would have been kept on the skin, and the earlier you can remove it - though we always recommend sleeping overnight with the henna paste.Β 

I would like to book a bridal henna appointment with a henna party, is that possible?

Totally possible! However, it is highly advisable for brides to get their henna done first, somewhere in the afternoon, so that once the bride is done with their henna, the henna party starts. We understand that brides can get excited over all the entertainment from your bridesmaids from the party hence why this is the best recommended to avoid any delay, or damage to the design - trust us, its not fun when that happens!Β 

Can I request for an extra henna artist?

Yes you can! Simply indicate that as an add on before checkout, and we would cater to you depending on availability of our artists. Please note extra henna artists are chargeable at $80/hour.Β

I would like to make a booking to secure my slot but I do not want to make the deposit, is that okay?

HENNABYAINI does not take in soft bookings where an assignment has not been confirmed. We appreciate all our clients who have made the effort to send a deposit of $50 to fully commit to the appointment dates.Β 

How do I know if my booking is confirmed after sending the deposit?

Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit is received, and once the booking confirmationΒ is received. If you have not received any confirmation notifications 2 days after your deposit has been made, please give us a callΒ through our PAYNOW number.Β
